Semester Research Presentation

At the beginning of the semester you will be assigned to do one 15 minute class presentation about an artist who is doing what you think is groundbreaking work in digital media.  You are allowed to show videos/music/powerpoints as long as you describe a basic understanding of how the artist does the work he/she does and why it personally interests you. 

What is due:

You must give a minimum 15 minute presentation in class, you need not turn in anything to the professor.  While you may show videos, they may not take up more than half your presentations length. (7.5 minute video + 7.5 minute presentation = 15 minutes).  You may use powerpoint or any other method of presentation you prefer.  

Use the blog list on the website for ideas, or find them on your own.  While I hope you branch out and discover some new ideas, I also want you to express why your research is relevant to your personal research interests.
